My own pics and more updates
Kaitlyn started rolling over more yesterday. She had rolled tummy to back a couple times, but nothing consistent. Now, I believe, tummy time is over. She doesn't last more than a couple seconds. And yesterday she rolled from back to tummy for the first time! She has yet to do a repeat performance of that one, but as you'll see in the following videos, she's working on it. She's also sitting up quite well on her own.

6 months old!
Hard to believe our little girl is 6 months old already! She had her appointment yesterday, and she weighed in at 18 lbs 8 oz, length of 25.5", and her head measured at 44.5cm! Started out small, but now she's big for her age! She's doing well. She has had plenty of crankiness from teething (none have poked through yet) and almost constantly has some form of cold (right now it's sinus drainage). She also had a bit of a tummy issue, which she probably got from me (not a good weekend). Throw that in with the shots yesterday, and we had one unhappy baby! But she did pretty well anyway. She's been much happier today. She's on solids now, and so far loves bananas, applesauce, and sweet potatoes. Didn't care for the squash, but I made that too watery so we're going to try again. We got the okay to expand her repertoire more now (we were being careful due to some issues at first), and by next month we can start stage 2 foods (so we gotta get moving on the stage 1's!).
We did go ahead and get some professional pictures done of her for her 6 month birthday. We went to Portrait Innovations, and they did a great job! We got a cd of all of them, and they had no problem with me posting them on her blog, so a few of them are below! The guy was great and let us do a family portrait and an extra outfit change for her, too.

Food update
Kaitlyn has moved on to sweet potatoes, and in a few days will try squash. She ended up having some tummy trouble and has stopped the rice cereal for now, and that seems to have cleared it up. She HAS to help with every bite, so more ends up on her hands and all over than anywhere. Thank goodness for spray n wash! She'll love finger foods.
Just a few pictures...
I'm just ducky!

Fun time in my new jumperoo!

Exersaucer fun!
